Description
Airbi FORECAST is a home WiFi weather station with a high-quality color display. The indoor unit display shows a smart 5-day weather forecast. The forecast includes daily temperature minimums and maximums and UV index. Measurement data can be viewed in the Tuya Smart app. Up to 3 sensors can be connected to the weather station with a maximum range of 100 m (1 sensor is included in the package). The weather station displays accurate time, date, and day name abbreviation (6 languages: CZ, SK, PL, HU, DE, EN). It also features an alarm clock, temperature alarms, and min-max function.
WiFi Features
Airbi FORECAST is not just an ordinary home weather station. Advanced WiFi features bring something extra. The display shows an accurate 5-day weather forecast. Because the forecast is downloaded from the internet, it can be much more accurate and detailed than is typical for standard home weather stations. In addition to one of 12 symbols (for example: clear, cloudy, storms, fog...), it includes the highest and lowest daily temperatures and also the UV index (which indicates how dangerous the ultraviolet solar radiation will be).
But the WiFi features don't end there. Measurement data are transmitted via the internet to the Tuya Smart app. In the app, you can view currently measured values or open graphs and download tables with average hourly or daily temperatures.
You can even set the alarm clock or temperature alarms on the weather station through the app–not only by the buttons on the indoor unit (the weather station will beep and flash when the temperature exceeds the set limit). The accurate time and date displayed on the indoor unit display are also synchronized via WiFi and the internet.
Well-Equipped Weather Station
In addition to these advanced WiFi features, the weather station has other common features. The device measures indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity. The outdoor wireless sensor has a range of 100 m. The weather station can work with up to 3 sensors.
The weather station display shows accurate time synchronized from the internet. In addition to the time, you will find the date and day of the week abbreviation on the display (choice of 6 languages: CZ, SK, PL, HU, DE, and EN). You can use the alarm clock. For the alarm, you can set 3 wake-up times and specify for each whether it should apply on working days, weekends, or the entire week.
You can also set a temperature alarm on the weather station for the indoor unit or outdoor sensor on channel 1. The weather station will then beep and flash if the temperature is outside the set limit.
You can also view the minimum and maximum temperature and humidity for the indoor unit and all sensors. Min. and max. values are automatically reset every day at 0:00.
The comfort indicator is an icon of smiley face, which responds to indoor temperature and humidity and shows whether you have ideal room climate at home, or whether the air is too dry or humid.
Display, Power Supply
The indoor unit has a high-quality inverse display with good viewing angles (dimensions of the display are 167 × 90 mm, 7.5" diagonal). The backlight has 3 brightness levels or you can turn it off.
To function fully, indoor unit needs to be powered by an adapter from the electrical outlet. During a power outage, if you power the unit only with batteries, the WiFi features will not work (time synchronization, weather forecast, sending measured temperature and humidity to the app). When powered only by batteries, only short-term backlighting for 10 seconds after pressing a button will be available.
