However, it is necessary to take into account that the device works mainly as a humidifier, so the rate of scent is not as strong as in aromaterapie.

Yes, you can program the operation of the purifier. The timer can be set in steps of 30 minutes, the maximum time is 12 hours. After this time, the purifier switches off automatically. If you want to turn off the set timer, just hold down the timer button for 3 seconds. 

A negligible amount of ozone is generated when the ionizer function is switched on. The amount is minimal and absolutely harmless to health.

The device has a built-in safety lock, which switches off the device after 15 minutes of massage. The massage can be quite intense and it is advisable to take a short break after 15 minutes at the latest. It is also possible that you accidentally pressed the power button during the massage or that the device's battery ran out.

The device is equipped with a filter replacement indication. This function is set to 1500 hours of operation. After this time, a signal icon appears on the display. You can also find out the current status of the filters. When you hold down the Child Lock button for 5 seconds, the display will briefly show the number of hours since last filter replacement, resp. since last counter reset.

The device is equipped with a filter maintenance indicator, which has the task of alerting the user to the filter replacement or maintenance. After 300 hours of operation, the filter maintenance indication button flashes. This means that the pre-filters need to be cleaned, see paragraph Device maintenance. After performing maintenance, the indicator must be reset by holding down the button for about 5 seconds.

After 4500 hours of operation, the filter maintenance indication button flashes. In this case, the combined filters must be replaced. After replacement, the indicator must be reset by holding down the button for about 5 seconds.

TIP: The current operating time since the last reset can be displayed by briefly pressing the filter maintenance button once. The first number that appears on the display means the order of thousands, the second number that appears after a while means hundreds, tens and units of hours. E.g. if the first number is 1 and the next number is 358, it means that the device has been in operation for 1358 hours since the last reset of the indicator.

They work differently from AUTO mode. In AUTO mode the device shuts down after it reaches set value of air humidity. In CHILD and SMART modes the device does not shut down after reaching the set value of humidity, but turns its setting to lowest output and keeps the reached humidity value stable. 

All these modes respond to the set humidity level. While in AUTO mode, when the target humidity is reached, the device switches off and starts again after the humidity drops below the set level, CHILD and SMART modes behave in such a way that when the target humidity value is reached, it reduces its output to a minimum level and thus maintains the achieved humidity.

If the number of particles is low, then the front panel lights up blue, if the air is moderately polluted, then orange. In case of higher values, the panel lights up red.

FIT is fully charged in about 3 hours. When successfully charged, the signalling LED changes from red to green. While the device is charging, it is common for the adapter to become slightly warm.

FIT can work at least one hour on one charge. However, its endurance depends on the selected program and the strength of the massage.

In general, the amount of aroma oil determines the intensity of the scent. We recommend starting with 3-5 drops of essence. If you find that the scent is weak and you want to intensify it, you can add more drops. Conversely, if the scent is too strong, use less drops next time.

As soon as the icon symbolizing an empty tank appears on the display, we recommend topping up the water. It is usually once every 1-2 days.

To clean the outer parts, use only a damp cloth without alcohol-based cleaners

Cleaning of innner parts - BSS filter, rotating disks and water container - should be performed at least once a week.
Clean the water container with a soft sponge and a rotating roller using the brush provided. Then rinse all inner parts under running water.

At least once a month, we recommend performing maintenance on individual rotating disks by rinsing under a stream of water and washing with a sponge from lime scale and other impurities.

The last part that deserves your attention is the dust sensor. It is located at the back of the device and we recommend that it be maintained at least once every 6 months. All you need is a slightly dampened cotton swab for wiping. 

Hold the rear cover of the propeller and turn the front cover in the opposite direction until it can be released. Then clean the propeller with a damp cloth and allow to dry properly. After cleaning, it is necessary to return the protective front grille to its original place.

1. Hold down the note button on the diffuser or remote control. An ascending melody sounds to indicate that the bluetooth diffuser function is on.
2. Turn on bluetooth on your smart device and go to the list of found devices in the vicinity. Click on Airbi SONIC, a beep will sound to indicate that your device has been successfully paired with the Airbi SONIC diffuser. The list of found devices on your smart device displays information about the successful connection.
3. You can now play music on your smart device, which will be played by the speaker diffuser.
4. During playback, you can pause or resume the music by briefly pressing the note button.
5. To turn off the bluetooth diffuser function, hold down the note button. A descending melody sounds to indicate that the bluetooth function is turned off.

Clean the water tank regularly with a soft cloth soaked in water with vinegar. Never use thinners, benzine or other cleaning agents for cleaning.

If there is too much dust or dirt on the front cover of the grille and on the fan blades, this will affect the air extraction efficiency, so we recommend cleaning the fan at least once a month. Clean with a regular detergent and a brush. Never use any chemicals.

Aroma diffuser: Fill the diffuser with water and add 3-10 drops of essential oil.
Massage: Mix 15-45 drops (children) or 75-90 drops (adults) with 100 ml of vegetable oil.
Inhalation: Drip 1-3 drops into 600-1,000 ml of hot water drop by drop. Place a towel over your head and inhale.
Lining: Mix 5 drops with a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Then mix with water, immerse the tile and apply it to the affected area.
Gargling: Mix 1-3 drops with a glass of warm water.
Bath: Mix 3-10 drops with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and pour into the bath.

• The above concentrations are suitable for adults; in children, the dose must be reduced. Always start with smaller doses and increase as needed.
• There are countless vegetable oils suitable for diluting essential oils. We recommend, for example, almond, olive, sunflower, apricot, jojoba or hemp oil.

Humidifiers are designed primarily for humidifying one room. Assuming there is some airflow between the rooms, it is possible to certain extent (depending on the performance of the device and the volume of the rooms), increase the humidity in other rooms of the apartment. It is also possible to carry the device, but it is good to consider that in such cases there is an increased risk of accidental spillage of water or damage when handling the device (e.g. a tank with water falls, etc.).

Yes, this is a normal condition without which the device cannot function properly. The water from the main water tank flows to the lower part, where it is further decomposed into a mist with the help of a transducer.

Humidification using natural evaporation is an ideal way to create a healthy climate in a closed room. Compared to ultrasonic humidifiers, they produce much smaller particles, so they do not make breathing difficult and there is no mineral deposit on furniture or floors.

The operating time depends on the device power settings, the current capacity and the overall condition of the battery. Improper use can significantly reduce battery life.

Unplug the appliance and pour some water into the water tank. Press and hold the on / off button while plugging the power cord back into the device. After approx. 5 seconds, the device LED flashes and the device resets to the factory. You can now release the button and switch the device on again. Thanks to the vertical rotor, the device works quietly, but not completely noiseless, noise lower than 55 dB is not considered a fault.

The device is not noiseless. It uses a propeller that makes certain sounds. This is a normal part of operation and is not a malfunction of the device.

Make sure that the device is plugged into a working socket outlet. Check that the water tank is not full and, if necessary, empty it according to the instructions.

The signal may be disturbed by something. So try to place the main unit on a window for a few minutes, where the chance of signal capture is greater. If that does not help either, you can set the time manually.

The reason may be insufficient or too much water in the tank. When adding water, pay attention to the maximum water level.

The device may not have been turned on properly or the battery may be exhausted. The reason may also be the fuse in the lower part of the device, which must be removed before starting, otherwise FIT will not start.

Yes, it is normal. The device uses a motor that is not completely noiseless and emits a characteristic sound during operation.

Make sure your filters are not in a protective case.

This may be caused by the low water level in the tank, which resonates as a result. Add water to the tank.

This may also be because the device is placed on an uneven surface, so move it to a flat surface.

The smaller volume of steam released may be caused by impurities (e.g. lime scale) in the lower water chamber. In this case, carefully clean the lower chamber, especially the water decomposing transducer, according to the instructions.

The problem may also be with the water - if it is old or too dirty, the device may not work properly.

If the fan is not audible, several things may be to blame:

1. The upper part of the device is not fitted correctly. Check that it is not fitted in the opposite direction or that there is no gap between the upper and lower part.

2. There is no water in the tank. Add water to the tank.

3. Unwanted objects block the fan operation. Remove them.

4. The device is in night mode and the humidity is higher than 60%. To run the fan, switch on another operating mode.

The most likely cause is a low battery, in which case recharge the battery according to the instructions in the manual. The device may also have been switched on incorrectly, it is always necessary to first press the control button before setting the fan speed.

If you've only been using the humidifier for a few days, it's possible that moisture is still being absorbed by the furniture, floor, and other materials. Only after their saturation the air humidity begins to increase. This phenomenon may last for a week.

It is also possible that the room is too large while the humidifier is designed for smaller spaces. When choosing a humidifier, pay attention to the recommended size of the room that the device is to humidify.

Yes, it is normal. The whistling is caused by the function of the ionizer, which sometimes makes a whistling sound when negative ions are formed. The ionizer function is optional, so if you are disturbed by the whistling, you can simply turn it off. It is also possible that the ionizer is clogged with dust and needs to be cleaned.

Follow the instructions to make sure all parts are in place. It is advisable to place the device on a flat surface.

If the cover is OK, also check that the mains plug is connected correctly. 

The child lock is probably on, which protects against accidental setting changes. To turn off/on the child lock feature, hold down the appropriate button for 3 seconds.

If water flows out, the most common cause is poor placement of the water tank on the bottom chamber of the device or insufficient tightening of the lid of the water tank. If you have checked the tightening and location of the tank and the water is still leaking, it is possible that the water tank is mechanically damaged. The water leakage could be caused by excessive tilting or placing the device, or manipulation during relocation. Also check that the float is not damaged.

Make sure that the top cover on the device is properly positioned. Also check the ambient humidity and temperature. At very low temperatures or very high humidity, water vapour forms more easily. This vapour settles and forms puddles around the device.

Essential oils are chemical compounds that occur naturally in plants. Essential oils are obtained by pressing, distilling or extracting the flowers, fruits, leaves, bark or roots of plants. Essential oils have many benefits and are suitable for most people and health problems. Only pregnant women and very young children should be careful.

The orange LED flashing next to the inscription "Air purifier" indicates that the HEPA filter in the device needs to be checked and replaced if necessary.

The device has a built-in fuse, so it switches itself off automatically when the tank is empty.

First you need to insert the antibacterial/ HEPA filter, then the catalytic/formaldehyde filter and finally the pre-filter. Finally, close the front panel of the device.

For both replaceable filters, make sure that the filter holder always points towards you. To remove the front panel, gently push it at the point where the side air inlets begin.

Operating temperature is 5 to 50 °C. If the temperature drops below 5 °C, the appliance stops the dehumidification function and switches to defrost mode.

The service life varies between 1-6 months, depending on the hardness of the water and the frequency of use of the device. If it is no longer possible to clean the water filter of trapped dirt, or it seems to you that the evaporation capacity of the device has significantly decreased, we recommend replacing the filter with a new one.

The service life of the BSS filter is approximately 12 months in normal use.

The service life of the pre-filter is several years. The pre-filter is washable and we recommend cleaning it regularly.

The service life of the water filter is about 12 months with normal use and medium-hard water. If you use the device more often or have hard water, the service life of the filter may be shorter.

The water in the device is heated to approximately 60 °C. The steam coming out of the apparatus can be just as hot. Therefore, take care not to injure children or animals when the heating is switched on.

The device should be placed on the ground so that the back part is at least 10 cm from the walls, the front part and the sides at least 30 cm from the walls. Its distance from other electrical devices should be at least 30 cm. For the correct efficiency of the device, it is necessary to ensure sufficient air circulation in the room.

In general, the device should be located where the air flows freely and where it is as little affected by external influences (outside air, sunlight, heating, etc) as possible.

If water is left in the device for several days, it may start to smell. In this case, pour out the water, carry out regular maintenance on the internal parts and top up with clean water.

Never add essence oil or similar substances to the device.

The device may be contaminated, in which case perform maintenance on the device according to the instructions. We recommend performing maintenance regularly according to the instructions in the manual.

If you see tiny water droplets on or around the unit, it is condensed moisture from the humidifier. This means that the air is fully saturated with moisture and is not able to absorb more. Therefore, reduce the power of the humidifier or turn it off.

Airbi REFRESH has a built-in operating hours counter, and will alert you after 1500 hours that the filters need to be replaced. Devices manufactured before October 2020 indicate this need by flashing all 4 operating mode LEDs, devices manufactured after this date will alert you by flashing only the last LEDs indicating automatic mode.

Each measuring instrument has a measurement accuracy deviation. For temperature, this deviation is most often ± 1 °C, for humidity ± 5 % rH (relative humidity). If these deviations are added together, the measured values ​​can often differ significantly. In addition, it is necessary to ensure the same conditions at the same location during the comparison.

Never place the indoor measuring instrument near a heater or window.

Poor performance may have several causes. Check that the filter or input/ output is not blocked or that the HEPA filter cover is not open. Poor performance may also be caused by low room temperature or another device that increases humidity.

When cleaning the tank, you may inadvertently turn the so-called "tunnel" for the passage of steam so that steam cannot come out of the tank. It is therefore necessary to make sure that you mount the "tunnel" correctly, see Fig.

This is caused by poor communication between the wireless sensor and the main unit. The reason may be:

• poor condition of the batteries in the sensor or main unit (never use rechargeable batteries, they have a different voltage than normal alkaline or lithium batteries),
• the distance between the sensor and the main unit is too large, shorten the distance between them,
• signal interference on the route between the sensor and the main unit, try moving the sensor to another location where there is no source of interference.

Follow the operating instructions to re-establish the signal between the sensor and the main unit.

It may caused be a misalignment of the upper part or the rotating cylinder. If you have performed maintenance on individual discs, the reason may be that the rotary cylinder shaft cap is not tightened properly.

The selected mode may also be to blame, if the night or automatic mode is in operation, it is possible that the humidity in the room is sufficient and the device starts to humidify until it drops below 60% again.

Colour change may occur due to oxidation of silver, which has antibacterial effects. This is a harmless phenomenon that has no effect on the functionality of the filter.

The built-in battery is probably discharged or the control knob is accidentally manipulated. Either turn on the device properly again or charge the battery.

Check that the fan is not blocked or that the device is not tilted.

Check that the air inlet/outlet is not blocked or that there is no other device in the room that pollutes the air.

There is probably higher humidity in the area, so the evaporation from the device is not very large.

This may also be because the device is not working properly. Check the instructions for use to make sure that the device is properly installed and assembled.

If the device detects that the filter needs to be replaced, the filter replacement LED will light up orange and the LED will flash.

After replacing the filter, press and hold the button to turn on/ off the cleaning function for about 7 seconds to reset the filter replacement function.
