After 4500 hours of operation, the filter maintenance indication button flashes. In this case, the combined filters must be replaced. After replacement, the indicator must be reset by holding down the button for about 5 seconds.

TIP: The current operating time since the last reset can be displayed by briefly pressing the filter maintenance button once. The first number that appears on the display means the order of thousands, the second number that appears after a while means hundreds, tens and units of hours. E.g. if the first number is 1 and the next number is 358, it means that the device has been in operation for 1358 hours since the last reset of the indicator.

FIT is fully charged in about 3 hours. After a successful charge, the signalling LED changes from red to green. While the device is charging, it is common for the adapter to become slightly warm.

FIT can work at least one hour on one charge. However, its endurance depends on the chosen program and the strength of the massage.

In general, the amount of aroma oil determines the intensity of the scent. We recommend starting with 3-5 drops of essence. If you find that the scent is weak and you want to intensify it, you can add more drops. Conversely, if the scent is too strong, use less drops next time.

As soon as the icon symbolizing an empty tank appears on the display, we recommend topping up the water. It is usually once every 1-2 days.

Cleaning of internal parts - BSS filter, rotating disks and water container - should be performed at least once a week.
Clean the water container with a soft sponge and a rotating roller using the brush provided. Then rinse all internal parts under running water.

At least once a month, we recommend performing maintenance on individual rotating disks by rinsing under a stream of water and washing with a sponge from lime scale and other impurities.

The last part that deserves your attention is the dust sensor. It is located at the back of the device and we recommend that it be maintained at least once every 6 months. All you need is a slightly dampened cotton swab for wiping. 

Hold the rear cover of the propeller and turn the front cover in the opposite direction until it can be released. Then clean the propeller with a damp cloth and allow to dry properly. After cleaning, it is necessary to return the protective front grille to its original place.

Clean the water tank regularly with a soft cloth soaked in water with vinegar. Never use thinners, benzine or other cleaning agents for cleaning.

If there is too much dust or dirt on the front cover of the grille and on the fan blades, this will affect the air extraction efficiency, so we recommend cleaning the fan at least once a month. Clean with a regular detergent and a brush. Never use any chemicals.

Humidifiers are designed primarily for humidifying one room. Assuming there is some airflow between the rooms, then it is possible to partially (depending on the performance of the device and the volume of the rooms),   increase the humidity in other rooms of the apartment. It is also possible to carry the device, but it is good to consider that in such cases there is an increased risk of accidental spillage of water or damage when handling the device (e.g. a tank with water falls, etc.).

Humidification using natural evaporation is an ideal way to create a healthy climate in an enclosed room. Compared to ultrasonic humidifiers, they produce much smaller particles, so they do not make breathing difficult and there is no mineral deposit on furniture or floors.

The operating time depends on the device power settings, the current capacity and the overall condition of the battery. Improper use can significantly reduce battery life.

If the fan is not audible, several things may be to blame:

1. The upper part of the device is not fitted correctly. Check that it is not fitted in the opposite direction or that there is no gap between the upper and lower part.

2. There is no water in the tank. Add water to the tank.

3. Unwanted objects block the fan operation. Remove them.

4. The device is in night mode and the humidity is higher than 60%. To run the fan, switch on another operating mode.

The most likely cause is a low battery, in which case recharge the battery according to the instructions in the manual. The device may also have been switched on incorrectly, it is always necessary to first press the control button before setting the fan speed.

If you've only been using the humidifier for a few days, it's possible that moisture is still being absorbed by the furniture, floor, and other materials. Only after they are saturated will the humidity begin to increase. This phenomenon can last for a week.

It is also possible that the room is too large and the humidifier is designed for smaller spaces. When choosing a humidifier, pay attention to the recommended size of the room that the device will humidify.

Yes, it is normal. The whistling is caused by the function of the ionizer, which sometimes makes a whistling sound when negative ions are formed. The ionizer function is optional, so if you are disturbed by the whistling, you can simply turn it off. It is also possible that the ionizer is clogged with dust and needs to be cleaned.

Follow the instructions to make sure all parts are in place. It is advisable to place the device on a flat surface.

If the cover is OK, also check that the mains plug is connected correctly. 

The child lock is probably on, which protects against accidental setting changes. To turn off/on the child lock feature, hold down the appropriate button for 3 seconds.

The device should be placed on the ground so that the back part is at least 10 cm from the walls, the front part and the sides at least 30 cm from the walls. In general, the device should be located where the air flows freely and where it is as little affected by external influences as possible, such as outside air, sunlight, heating, etc..

If you see tiny water droplets on or around the unit, it is condensed moisture from the humidifier. This means that the air is fully saturated with moisture and is not able to absorb more. Therefore, reduce the power of the humidifier or turn it off.

The built-in battery is probably discharged or the control knob is accidentally manipulated. Either turn on the device properly again or charge the battery.

When cleaning the tank, you may inadvertently turn the so-called "tunnel" for the passage of steam so that steam cannot come out of the tank. It is therefore necessary to make sure that you mount the "tunnel" correctly, see Fig.

Poor performance may have several causes. Check that the filter or input/ output is not blocked or that the HEPA filter cover is not open. Poor performance may also be caused by low room temperature or another device that increases humidity.

If water is left in the device for several days, it may start to smell. In this case, pour out the water, carry out regular maintenance on the internal parts and top up with clean water.

Never add flavour oil or similar substances to the device.

This is caused by poor communication between the wireless sensor and the main unit. The reason may be:

• poor condition of the batteries in the sensor or main unit (never use rechargeable batteries, they have a different voltage than normal alkaline or lithium batteries),
• the distance between the sensor and the main unit is too large, shorten the distance between them,
• signal interference on the route between the sensor and the main unit, try moving the sensor to another location where there is no source of interference.

Follow the operating instructions to re-establish the signal between the sensor and the main unit.

Each measuring instrument has a measurement accuracy deviation. For temperature, this deviation is most often ± 1 °C, for humidity ± 5 % rH (relative humidity). If these deviations are added together, the measured values ​​can often differ significantly. In addition, it is necessary to ensure the same conditions at the same location during the comparison.
