If too hard water is used, white coating may appear on the devices in the room. In this case, this is not a malfunction of the device. Use softer filtered, boiled or distilled water for operation.

If you are using the new device for the first time, there is no need to worry, the odour will soon disappear. You can speed this up by removing the tank and standing it in a cool place for at least 12 hours.

The odour may also be caused by old or contaminated water. In this case, clean the tank and replace the water with a new one.

This may be caused by the low water level in the tank, which resonates as a result. Add water to the tank.

This may also be because the device is placed on an uneven surface, so move it to a flat surface.

If you see tiny water droplets on or around the unit, it is condensed moisture from the humidifier. This means that the air is fully saturated with moisture and is not able to absorb more. Therefore, reduce the power of the humidifier or turn it off.

The smaller volume of steam released may be caused by impurities (e.g. lime scale) in the lower water chamber. In this case, carefully clean the lower chamber, especially the water decomposing transducer, according to the instructions.

The problem may also be with the water - if it is old or too dirty, the device may not work properly.

If water flows out, the most common cause is poor placement of the water tank on the bottom chamber of the device or insufficient tightening of the lid of the water tank. If you have checked the tightening and location of the tank and the water is still leaking, it is possible that the water tank is mechanically damaged.
