The device should be placed on the ground so that the back part is at least 10 cm from the walls, the front part and the sides at least 30 cm from the walls. Its distance from other electrical devices should be at least 30 cm. For the correct efficiency of the device, it is necessary to ensure sufficient air circulation in the room.

Unfortunately, the use of volatile substances such as fragrance essences can damage plastic parts and cause the device to malfunction. In addition, the device sucks in and cleans the ambient air, so adding an aroma oil is counter-productive.

As soon as the icon symbolizing an empty tank appears on the display, we recommend topping up the water. It is usually once every 1-2 days.

Humidification using natural evaporation is an ideal way to create a healthy climate in an enclosed room. Compared to ultrasonic humidifiers, they produce much smaller particles, so they do not make breathing difficult and there is no mineral deposit on furniture or floors.

To clean the exterior, use only a damp cloth without alcohol-based cleaners

Cleaning of internal parts - BSS filter, rotating disks and water container - should be performed at least once a week.
Clean the water container with a soft sponge and a rotating roller using the brush provided. Then rinse all internal parts under running water.

At least once a month, we recommend performing maintenance on individual rotating disks by rinsing under a stream of water and washing with a sponge from lime scale and other impurities.

The last part that deserves your attention is the dust sensor. It is located at the back of the device and we recommend that it be maintained at least once every 6 months. All you need is a slightly dampened cotton swab for wiping. 

If the fan is not audible, several things may be to blame:

1. The upper part of the device is not fitted correctly. Check that it is not fitted in the opposite direction or that there is no gap between the upper and lower part.

2. There is no water in the tank. Add water to the tank.

3. Unwanted objects block the fan operation. Remove them.

4. The device is in night mode and the humidity is higher than 60%. To run the fan, switch on another operating mode.

It may caused be a misalignment of the upper part or the rotating cylinder. If you have performed maintenance on individual discs, the reason may be that the rotary cylinder shaft cap is not tightened properly.

The selected mode may also be to blame, if the night or automatic mode is in operation, it is possible that the humidity in the room is sufficient and the device starts to humidify until it drops below 60% again.

There is probably higher humidity in the area, so the evaporation from the device is not very large.

This may also be because the device is not working properly. Check the instructions for use to make sure that the device is properly installed and assembled.

If you've only been using the humidifier for a few days, it's possible that moisture is still being absorbed by the furniture, floor, and other materials. Only after they are saturated will the humidity begin to increase. This phenomenon can last for a week.

It is also possible that the room is too large and the humidifier is designed for smaller spaces. When choosing a humidifier, pay attention to the recommended size of the room that the device will humidify.

Colour change may occur due to oxidation of silver, which has antibacterial effects. This is a harmless phenomenon that has no effect on the functionality of the filter.

Humidifiers are designed primarily for humidifying one room. Assuming there is some airflow between the rooms, then it is possible to partially (depending on the performance of the device and the volume of the rooms),   increase the humidity in other rooms of the apartment. It is also possible to carry the device, but it is good to consider that in such cases there is an increased risk of accidental spillage of water or damage when handling the device (e.g. a tank with water falls, etc.).
